I've taken pretty much everything Sony has done with the PlayStation brand for the last decade very personally and probably won't ever buy anything from them again.

Games are censored on Sony platforms and there's no mods to make them interesting.
The ONLY EDGE consoles had over PC was that you could generally play online multiplayer games without worrying about cheaters but Sony (and most gamers) got conned into accepting "cross-play". Now you wanna play a multiplayer game and someone is probably using wall hacks and aimbot.... great.... just fucking great.... that was honestly the one reason to still play on a console, but it's gone now.
You can also get banned for THE LIGHTEST SMACK TALK and Sony will unapologetically steal all your games from you with a PSN ban. Sort of made sense in the PS4 pro because not many TVs supported more than 60hz back then, but most TVs go to at least 120hz now and support VRR. Not upgrading the CPU in the PS5 pro is absolutely moronic, especially with the insane price.
