Murder/killing by contrast can be made to be comical or cartoonish, serious and dramatic, or even horrific depending on the mood of the game. You can't do that with the above things, they are simply always disgusting. It would be insane to put them in a game beyond personal fetish fuel.

Save gives you less resources upfront, you get a big reward every 3 or 4 saves though so saving is objectively better.
