There's the pillar method which works well and stacking multiple overlapping "Bring [person] to [town]" quests then fast traveling to it using rations.
Pillars are usually around 300~ per day with maybe 1000 oren worth of pillars at each shrine and getting lucky with escort quests can be 1000+ plus per trip, which as far as I've seen could be between 1 and 4 days of travel.

The stars don't actually affect the monsters, just how many. There's a Danger level at the top right of the quest board, that actually affects the monsters you see. I've done 3 star monster quests with a low Danger level, and it's the same generic garbage mobs.

The bed condition affects the results of the work, a better bed means you get more, in a nutshell. They also (probably) pay a higher tax when they produce more.

In this example I have the little girl as a woodcutter.
She does not have an axe.
I do not have any trees in my property.
All she needs to start working is for there to be a lumberjack sign plopped down somewhere.
Over time, logs spawn in the designated resource chest. She does not bring the logs there, they just spawn there as a result of a check. It's really, really simple. Don't overthink it.

World layout is fixed, dungeons are randomly generated but overall terrain is not important you’re not going to throw something by the left pinky bruising the flesh and sending the boogeyman roaring off the side of a mountain.

First of all, make sure the container is shared. Then select the options for it (above the shared button), you can designate what items it's used for. Make sure to increase the priority so the residents know to put it there instead of any random shared chest. You can further fiddle with item categories in the advanced options.

The quest is implemented in Elin, but the rewards are very different. You gain influence in the Little Garden instead for bringing sisters in, and then you can use those to get Furniture Tickets to claim items around the area, like more Cooler Boxes or body pillows.

There's no exchange or attempt at balance. Snails are a challenge race meant for masochists. Also keep in mind that snails don't start with any body parts other than a back.

She's not working, she needs her requirements. For me she's a blacksmith, so she works when I plop down an anvil.
Incidentally, she's the one that produced the ores in the resource chest.

Exorcist is great for quality of life. Better stamina gain from sleeping is useful to everyone. The stat boosts are actually good in Elin because they improve that stat's minimum potential. Scavenger will help you get materials like microchips.

Pick the little girl as your starting pet. Do safe quests to get off the ground, such as low level farming quests in Yowyn. Save up platinum coins and learn skills from trainers in various cities. Try to get real weapons and armor asap. Early game accuracy is a real problem, two handing a weapon will help with that somewhat. Armor has DV which helps you dodge and PV which reduces damage, the latter is more important.

As soon as you start the game. To be fair I did save scum if I died from rocks being thrown at me especially on lower Music levels and I'm sure you could achieve my results before 30 days if you really focused on it. This is my second attempt at a character so I still spent time exploring and doing random shit before starting to grind.
Pick a city you want to grind in. This is important because you'll be sleeping there a lot so shops will restock (can stock up on spellbooks) and you'll be getting a lot of influence in that town for furniture tickets. This is the part that I didn't take into account when I started, I just went to Mysilia. I at least was able to get a microphone and tax box there.
Save infront of the quest board, re-roll quests, reloading until you get 2 or more performance quests. Make sure you exhaust your stamina. When [hungry] buy nice stat food from a shop in town, find a good npc bed and sleep. Then repeat.

Also if you have any platinum right now, go to the tinker camp first and dump it all into Music to get your potential up before you start grinding

By the end-game using knuckle weapons or not is more a tactical choice. High-level MA will have your fists hit for a zillion damage, weapons give you access to enchants.

Executioner can use their MP as a second layer of HP, gives you a bit of a safety net. Thief has +30 luck which is a 30% chance to reroll any bad rolls your character makes for damage, accuracy, etc. Pianist has high charisma and the performing skill if you want to be more of a noncombat character. Yerles is better at learning skills and is good all around, juere gains more stats from food and is good all around. Mifu and nefu are kitsunes with very good speed which is the best stat in the game, people will grab and pet your tail without permission though. Fairy executioner is one of the meta combos if you go that way. They're nearly invincible. Fairies still can only wear extremely light equipment which you may find inconvenient. Succubus can drain stats by raping people and is powerful.
