Show me, in one shot, a scene that has 3-4 disparate art styles clashing against one another like you've done in your scene. You can't, because PSG wouldn't do that, because that would look fucking horrible and would only feasibly be done as a joke to look bad on purpose.

Its the shading, the palette doesnt mesh at all and relies in the material interpolating between lights and darks so it feels muddy.
There's also the camera FOV which makes the scene feel empty and the lack of building height only leaves the gray sky above(which muds the green color below)
Normally you'd have a constrained palette in consoles and you'd have to pick and choose, cant have all everything turned on at the same time
