Modding, HD (Although this causes a few minor issues in SADX and Sega Bass Fishing IIRC), SADX itself doesn't exist for the dreamcast, so if you want mission mode it's still the best option. NiGHTs comes with a bunch of extra shit Jet Set Radio has some bonus unlockable content, leaderboards and more playable characters.
I forget but I think maybe? Space Channel 5 Part 2 on steam has extra features, but I could be wrong.

So it's possible if not probable that Sega's planning on releasing a new "Sega Classics" (Something that neither describes the Dreamcast Collection nor the Genesis collection) featuring improved versions of both.

Apparently M2 is doing a lot of the Yakuza/Like a Dragon arcade things, they did the Genesis Mini stuff, and beyond. If they got M2 to basically do one gigantic Sega Collection this time around instead of whatever the mess that old collection was, I won't complain.
