You wouldn't really abandon your empire for a mermaid, right?
Romancing SaGa 2
Now that was some absolute kino
Not sure if I'll go for NG+ right away or play Ys X
I want to play NG+ and continue mastering abilities to make a complete save file, but I also want to start a fresh save file and go through the game more efficiently
I plan to finish the postgame, then play Ys X then go back for NG+.
Someone uploaded the soundtrack on squidboards btw
6 turns? Nice. I'm afraid to see mine.
Is it okay to play the remakes without having played the original games?
You wouldn't?
Wait. Where do you see this, exactly?
I played 2 times now I'm playing Ys X
If you load back into your completed save file and walk up to the Dread Queen
Could you drop a link? Don't want to make an account on some splatoon website just to go looking for it
So you can make anyone the emperor?
Kind of lame how Leon's legacy is just given to some random thug
that's what I did and I've enjoyed this one a lot, haven't heard of the Saga games before but I've clocked in almost 90h into this one and I'm not done yet, will get some of the other Saga games next time I see them on sale too
Yes, this is the best place to start the series
Ah, thank you.
12 turns
Man, I suck.
I'll ask again in this thread
you guys know any enemy with skewer to proc an evasion glimmer?
I already killed the Queen so Termite Soldier aren't there anymore
There's a couple termite soldiers in the Savannah, in a ruined village around the north/east part of it. They're still there after the termite den is cleared.
Not sure if those actually have Skewer but might be worth checking.
I absolutely did

Is there a bug where a character can unlearn a tech?
My brawler suddenly lost one of this techs and for some reason another character had access to it (they didn't have fist equipped), but after the fight it was completely gone and I can't even relearn it in the training hall.
The tech was attached to the weapon you had equipped. If you equip that weapon to anyone you will be able to use the tech
Was he wielding a weapon with a glimmerable tech?
So how does that post-game dungeon and boss speedrun thingy work? I'm at the point of no return so does that mean I won't be able to adjust my party or visit blacksmith / shops once I beat the final boss and want to do the post-game stuff?
After beating the final boss you're brought back to just before the point of no return, but with the post-game dungeon unlocked.
got an extra bejeweled ring
giant still won't drop the rare sword
guardian still won't drop the rare sword
dantarg still won't drop the rare axe
Oh fuck, it was actually his shoes. I thought only weapons could have techs attached.
I though it was a normal tech because he knew it since I started using him.
Alright, thanks. I guess I'll do the final boss then and won't bother optimizing for it.
cato.............
just get lucky
Karl sure did
So I'm in the final area now, about to farm some drops.
And I noticed as I obtained a new weapon, daybreak, that some weapons have special abilities that don't show up on them unless you glimmer them on other weapons?...
Also I was looking through the bestiary, and holy shit I missed so many weapon drops on bosses and unique enemies.
I'm about to do it as soon as I get to that quest
youtu.be
Shadow Servant on everyone in Romancing
Yet people will tell you that Salamanders are bad.
Drop rates are awful, in the original game it was 2% for "common" drops are 1% for "rare" ones.
Without the ring that boosts drop rate you aren't going to see many of them without heavy resetting.
Looking a bit happy there for a "catastrophic" outcome
2 Shadow Servants
Do I do 1 Light Wall and 2 Restoration or 2 Light Wall and 1 Restoration?
I have the bejeweled ring now, a bit late of course.
But yeah, I was going through the monster list and saw all those ???? but also just straight up the drops listed, and i remember seeing those names in the quizzes and wondering why the fuck I hadn't found em yet, now I know why.
Where do you get these?
