Being reminded of how small and out of proportions the game world actually is doesn't look good anon. It's extremely immersion breaking.
It's the same reason why morrowboomers prefer to play with the "fog" even though we've all had the hardware to see everything from Vivec to Dagon Fell at 6000fps for the last 10 years.

What game could you possibly confuse it with? Oblivion's open world that isn't utterly dotted with multiple POIs within any given sightline is surprisingly rare.

Works on my 4080. Average around 80fps in the open world with 60fps 1% lows.
Still has the gamebryo DNA though so it has a hitch every 60m or so as it loads in a new cell.
