GTA3 was far for being comparable to GTA2, it was a good start, good start that was basically held on by consoles.

Vice City added bikes, added ze drones, music was definitely fine but the map was a fucking joke, no fucking variety, tiny as fuck areas, literally no place to run and gun, it was some kind of overpriced GTA 3 expansion disk and nothing else
