The leveling is mostly better but you level too fast and shit still scales with you. They fixed the governing stats minmax shit though. Just get a mod to slow skill progression and youre good

this is all I need to know that you aren't even arguing in good faith. I might have come across as something else in my first post to you, but the fact that this is just the exact same shit over and over as has so readily pointed out is entirely consistent with what I've held as a viewpoint. The fact he considers Oblivion to be a masterpiece is already a red flag in my eyes, but that's still separate from the fact this remaster was a misplaced effort that delivers on nostalgia bait more than an elevation of the series as a whole.

Remaster gives you twelve points each level you can distribute to any three attributes of your choosing and all skills now contribute to levelling up instead of just the major ones. However, they did not address the gear and enemy scaling. You'll still see a billion fucking Xivilai and bandits in ebony armor at high levels.
