Why doesn't Ubisoft just make this game again? It's so fucking cool. It's just so badass but not in an over-the-top sort of way. It just captures that "operator" feel so well. IT'S NOT A PERFECT GAME, but I think this was a superb game. Honestly, you go back like 10 years Ubisoft wasn't that terrible of a company.

Seriously, I would even buy a UE5 slop remake of Wildlands (I know I know uuughhh) but seriously. (Just don't fucking censor it).

Because we have entered an age where getting any project approved that isn't some kind of live service money vacuum is almost impossible. That's what they tried to do with Breakpoint and the result was, well, Breakpoint.

apparently they got in a lot of trouble because of their representation of bolivia. fun fact: the santa blanca cartel is actually supposed to be mexican, and they speak mexican spanish.

They did, play Breakpoint on Immersive mode

Their biggest mistake is that they apologized for it. Just ignore those crying faggots and the problem will most likely go away, but Ubisoft are a bunch of French sissies so of course they opened up their assholes for the libcuck tears.

I actually own Breakpoint but there are several things that alienate it for me.

The world lacks diversity, and by diversity I mean actual diversity, it's just a big jungle world. I love how Wildlands has snowy mountains in the north, a desert area, a forested area, etc. And it is big enough to be believable.

The robots and the drones. I know drone warfare is a real thing now, but it doesn't translate to fun gameplay. And I know you use drones in Wildlands too, but it's a small part of the game compared to Breakpoint.

STILL I will probably play it again eventually.

My biggest issue with it was rushing to clear the compounds with all my favorite guns and then losing interest because there wasn’t any challenge to it anymore. It became a Mexican sniping game and that’s only fun for a while. Also DJ Perico was annoying as fuck.

Bolivias snowy mountains are in the west of the country not the north. Get your brown people geography on point motherfucker.

Removal of the AI squad obliterated my interest.

They used to make good games but something is like... changed in there. Wildlands is indeed the last, or if you want to stretch things a little bit, maybe farcry 5

They replaced it eventually in Breakpoint. It’s pretty close to wildlands now

Even on the extra special DLC difficulty the most effective strategy in any mission is helicopter ram raid.

Does Breakpoint Bern Local?

Yes I like their Tom Clancy games

The thing with this game is, I tend to come back to it. I play it for like 10-20 hours, take down some cartel kingpin, delete it, play other things, then come back to it like a month later and play it again for 10-20 hours and repeat. It is repetitive and that's why I say it isn't a perfect game, but it's a game I often come back to and seem to enjoy it every time.

You will burn out on it before you finish it but you'll also probably end up coming back to it to scratch that particular "I wanna play as an operator" itch.

It's also a fun co-op game.

Maybe except for that goddamn Sam Fisher stealth mission. Fuck that.

You are actually correct, yes. Idk why but I always think "snowy area in the north" lol

How you can play wildlands when breakpoint improved on every single aspect of the core gampelay is beyond me. I would like to see wildlands remade with breakpoints base/ai

I feel like this game is close to being a MGS4/5 fusion but it doesn't go far enough. It was badass being able to complete entire missions like an RTS from drone view by controlling your squad and summoning enough rebels to have a ground war

I have to be in the mood for it because both games are repetitive in exactly the same way and they are entirely way too long. Like way way way longer than they possibly should be.

I refuse to use Ubisoft's faggy launchers and last I checked breakpoint is still not getting cracked

Just play it on console you PC dork.

ubisofts launcher uses like a tenth the ram the steam does.

We doesn't Ubisoft make a 3rd open world tactical sloppa collectathon

I hate you so much with your shit taste

there is a gigantic mountain in the middle of Breakpoint's map though, the rebel faction's HQ is hidden inside it. also, there's a "disable drones" option that removes all drones entirely. just make sure you play immersive mode when you do play it, that removes the horrendous looter shooter elements of vanilla

Why would I disable the drones though? The drones are the only original fucking thing about the game. If not for the drones the game is just a shittier call of duty clone and at that point I might as well just play call of duty.

wildlands is a better western game than read dead online

Breakpoint has smoother gameplay, nicer animatons, feels less stiff overall, but for whatever reason I prefer Wildlands. I think it's just an atmosphere thing. I just like it more. It's like people who prefer Morrowind/Oblivion to Skyrim. Despite whatever improvements they made to the base game, you just vibe with the older one more.

I didn't like the Predator DLC

Yeah because it's usually not fucking boring. There's almost TOO MUCH action in Wildlands. Sometimes I just want to drive my car in peace in Bolivia but some cartel fuckers spot me and now I'm in a car chase. lol there is almost no escaping it. But I prefer this over RDR's deadzone gameplay where there is nothing going on at all ever.

Its pretty perfect at what it does. Its just so big that it feels like its gonna go on forever and that im not really making progress.
Its great to boot up for an hour or two and clear out a few bases and checkpoints all tacticool like.

Showing white men being competent is not profitable, OP.

On the off chance they ever actually do remake this game, all I ask is that they add a first person pov, even for driving cars, apcs, and helicopters, and etc (and I mean a proper first-person where you see your hands on the controls and whatnot). because it is a good immersive game.

You mean "not kosher" because I think it is extremely profitable. Wasn't Wildlands one of Ubisoft's last big runaway successes?

Yeah because that’s totally why obscura 33 is failing right now right?

I’d like to see some fighter jet action. Also helicopters that don’t fly like tanks.

I couldn't beat him. And he has so much fucking health. Whenever I got a good rhythm on his attacks and his openings I'm always like "OK DIE ALREADY FUCKER" and I'll mess up somehow and he'll get me and I eventually just gave up on him lol. How many times are you meant to pop him in the head like 20?

The helicopter controls are genius. For 1) use "classic controls" for the helicopter (changeable in the menu), and 2) the secret is, when you hold forwards for a bit the helicopter controls turn into plane controls. And then to revert back to the neutral "hover" mode, just let go of the drive button. I think it's actually ingenious, you just have to learn how it works.

A few grifting Bolivian and Mexican political Niggers bitched about that...
Now Amerileftards, boy did they fucking made a scene about it.

Sadly, I doubt there would ever be a game with such setting again, pity.

She did it why couldn’t you?

Idk what that is anon, there are only 2 Predator movies.

If Ubisoft had any nuts they would set the next game in inland China where you’re an American paramilitary soldier helping the Uyghurs rebel against the Chinese government. Tom Clancys Ghost Recon Xinjiang. I’d buy it.

I would like it but only if I could betray the Uyghurs in the end too (not a fan of muslims either).

Well he was clearly talking to the guy who said he didn't like the drones, you autistic weirdo.

french mutts are white now

OK

Who is that? Live action Pocahontas?

It's sad because the setting in Wildlands is so fucking authentic. All those Santa Muerte shrines and shit. We are never getting that again.

the predator crossover event

The fight itself was pretty laughable but holy fuck was the gear you got from it was kino.

wristblades weren't for show, you could actually use them to kill enemies

thermal vision switched to a movie accurate predator vision when wearing the mask

could go invisible too

Fucking loved that shit like no tomorrow, made my cock harder than diamonds when I was Anon Babbleitted out with a ghillie and a kickass vest.

Sneaking up those sniper towers and gutting those aimbotter faggots with the predator wrist blade was kino as fuck.

The dreadlocks on the Predator mask was a nice touch as well.

I feel like that would be easy to do because there are already multiple planes in the game. Idk why there isn't a single plane with rockets and machine guns on them. Would love to do combat with those gay ass unidad copters with a fighter jet.

breakpoint is great for gun porn and playing operator dressup though. shit's like digital GI joes
