If you looked at Twitter, you'd think E33 was being played by everybody and their mother. 2 milly for a new AA studio is great, congrats to them. But it would rank among the bottom 3 for Final Fantasy mainline title sales, alongside FF13-2 and Type Zero. I'm not shitting on the game, I'm shitting on this delusion people have about the internet and thinking what goes on here and what the masses champion here is 1:1 with the real world, when it almost never is. A lot of gamers on Gamepass are trying the game out, probably due to curiosity and the fact that they can play for free, but they are immediately dropping it.

This is just not the kind of game people consider to be fun. It is a very niche genre for a very small audience. Shilling this game, in an attempt to astroturf it, will not change that.
