Nintendo just wants to be sure there is no competition to their pokemon games. They won a lawsuit that palworld can't let you throw balls to summon monsters because that is apparently "patented" by Nintendo which is retarded.
A real patent should be for a real invention that is actually some kind of secret that you discovered or invented, not a stupid concept like a magic ball

The pricetag is small if you look at the entire package, by the time the game gets ''grindy'', you'd be like 10 or more hours into it.

Overall it's a fun enough combo of other survival craftans to be a good time. Add in Pokemon slave labor and some edge, and it's great. Better if you have friends to do a server with as well

It has a general on Anon Babble and basing a game off of it's peak players is pointless. If you like survival crafting games and cute/tough looking creatures you'll like it. The nice thing about Palworld is that Pals can automate a lot of the crafting and gathering and the attention to detail with guns is actually decent.
And yet we have decades-worth of Pokemon clones but only the game that deviated the most from the Pokemon formula got this kind of attention. Hmmm...

Hell yeah it is. So many cute pals to collect, watching them take care of your base, fighting along side with you. There is a bunch of model swap, qol, and other mods that exist. The difficulty is VERY customizable.
It's ARK but better in every way. Of course it's worth a play if you like that type of game.

Almost every thread about Palworld made here is from a seething tendie looking for any reason to shit on it and begging for validation.

Palworld's 1% is higher than 90% of Steam's current library, larger than even some big multiplayer games. Steam charts are never worth paying attention to outside of multiplayer games that require players to interact, of which Palworld is not.
