Anons, it's been beautiful weather here for months. This past week I've avoided pc gaming and spent more time in the sun, taking walks, picnics in the park with kids. I recently played Morrowind earlier this year and absolutely loved my time with it, but I did it entirely vanilla. What are some must use mods for it?

Tamriel Rebuilt.
The vanilla game is just a large island that's part of the province of Morrowind. Tamriel Rebuilt is an ongoing project to make the rest of the nation, and it's currently over halfway done and completely playable. The recent update added another huge chunk near the Black Marsh border stuffed with House Hlaalu content. I'd tell you about it but I'm nowhere near getting that far south on my current character.
Sotha Sil Expanded is also amazing:
Take the shitty 20 minute long dungeon at the end of the Tribunal expansion and turn it into what amounts to a full Bio/Systemshock game. You also get to hang around the clockwork city itself and do quests for the strange inhabitants.

I've been using mihon instead of tachiyomi, weeb central fwiw.

It depends. Succubi are great, but I'm partial to the MGE Gremlin (only with big tits instead, shortstack engineer girls are hot) and the Lich.
Goth witch girls too, but I know that barely counts.

How does DD2 compare to DD1? I've been on the fence about getting it.

i definitely like it less, but it is still fun. the early game is very entertaining, but it falls off quick. there's a sidequest with a sphinx that is very easy to miss that is really cool and fairly easy to fail if you aren't paying attention. the armor system has been dumbed down and the classes don't feel as great as they did. the same issues of low enemy variety and a fairly empty world remain. it's not a bad game by any means, i would recommend picking it up if it hits 20 bucks, 25 if you love the first. it will probably be a bit of a letdown, but it is nowhere near as bad as the doomers here would have you believe.

It doesn't sound too bad, when you describe it like that, but it also just makes me want to go back and play DD1. Oh well, I'll just wait for it to go on sale. Thanks!

first girl was just cute and i liked her, she didn't really show interest so i didn't push anything. we'll cross paths again, no one has ever left my life permanently without dying. they always show up again. if i see her again in a couple years, we'll see if she's open to something then. until that time comes, i am going to see how things go with the zoomer chick. i feel a little bit dirty because i am ten years older than her, but she is pushing up on me so it kind of removes some of those feelings of "i'm a creep preying on younger women." i'm also broke and very open about that, so it isn't like she's trying to get with me for my money or status or anything.

i hated it initially and i still kind of hate it, but we are at the point where you either accept it or drop the game altogether. also, the creative direction of magic has been so dogshit lately that i welcome the artistic sensibilities of FF creative teams over the in-universe aesthetics which has moved to the point of having sneakers and CRT screens. FF aesthetics are actually more in line with older magic creative output than the current in universe stuff does.

finding a new job is a job in itself, lots of interviews and time spent sending my cv everywhere

dad also has a miserable job and is kind of tech illiterate so I am also helping him find a new job

his glasses went to shit and i had to drive 50km to get his new one and deliver to him at his job

mom fucked up and broke her car while also having to much to do in her business so i lost like 3 days helping her

friend of mine convinced me to help him in an event with food and other stuff but turned out to be way more work than we predicted

another friend want develop a software so I am helping with that as well

also a third friend want to go on a trip this sunday and I am now preparing for that as well. had to fix my bike and now ill have to buy some riding gear because there is no way I am taking on the road with my usual get up

Is the N. Sane Trilogy a good way to play the original

Well I wouldn't really know this is my first real playthrough and I'm playing on my PS1 my optical drive seemed to have died again last night but it was fine after taking out the CD and putting it back in, scared me a bit though, but it mostly comes down to what you value in graphics/style/gameplay etc.. The originals are PS1 games, but seem to have just a bit more attention to detail in a few small things. NST adds a few things that weren't playable in the first two like relics and a playable Stormy Ascent for 1 but at least for 1 the physics are also a bit off (might be fine for 2 and 3 though). I'm autistic with these things and have a barely passable retro setup so I went for the originals.
Also, sometimes you just really have to dive and take the darkness in to properly deal with it.. But no matter how bad the present may seem, never let yourself give up deep down.

Pavlov Shack, Pokemon TCG Pocket, and Oblivion Remastered. Pavlov Shack just got an update, but some things are yet changed. Still no jump. Still no running while gun is raised. Grenades are still a super small blast radius. Mods are available to enable jumping, and there is a mod called, "Ultra Shotgun" allowing recoil to accelerate self in a direction, but these mods have been around. There is a new map based in, "Japan". Also quite a few camouflauges in customize. No new free camouflauges though. The Sakura camouflauge bundle is pretty. The knife sounds like a drum and stringed instrument in Japanese style whenever you stab someone. Pic includes a gun no in the Sakura bundle...but obviously Japanese themed. Pavlov Shack is now available on MetaQuest+...something like the Xbox monthly subscription where you just get to play whatever games from a catalogue.

3D printing sounds dope

Resin printing is fun and easy to do you just need space for it so you don't poison yourself with the fumes if you're in to model kits or miniatures its great with all the extra bits that are out there, FDM printing is kind of too annoying to be worth it to me I still have one for larger and more functional stuff but the fiddling around with bed leveling and set up and hoping that it doesn't just randomly decide to die 90% through the print puts me off using it when I can help it

It's a book called 'The Huntress' and he sold me on it because the main character was a member of the 588th Night Bomber Regiment from the Soviet Union, which was completely made up of women. Where the historical fiction elements really kick in is when I found out that the other half of the book is about post-war Nazi hunting with the same MC. I'm just afraid when I get to that part I'll find out it's a bunch of tumblr fanfic slop and all the time I invested would be wasted. They sent me a previous book that went about the exact same way as I fear this one will.

Bloodborne is good, a bit unforgiving. I have no Internet for a while so I decided to play it since I had nothing else. Normally I just play Fortnite. I remember that laser part. I dropped it even earlier on blood starved beast back in 2020, but I’m glad I played it. I like the chalice dungeons the most.

I’m stuck, no job, no way of getting one. I had a job but got fired and instead of using the seed money for investing in a work computer I spent it on a ps4. Now I can’t even get remote jobs. It’s been 5 years of being jobless, just playing Fortnite. I’m gonna be honest and say it probably won’t change. I already have my suicide letter wrote and in it I state all the reasons why I think this life ain’t worth it anymore and it’s all downhill from here. I’m just waiting for a day home alone and the courage to rope it. It’s sad but it’s life. Not gonna mince words my situation is fucked so you know, some people are lucky, others make mistakes they can’t take back. It’s insane to me that it’s happening, one moment you’re a kid watching Naruto, on top of the world, next you have to come to terms with your financial situation. But whatever, I’m not sure this is good feedback, maybe I should keep to myself, but you asked so… sorry it’s just how I’m feeling right now. Don’t know what to do at this point anymore.

Went back into the trades as an electrician again and I'm genuinely surprised at how much things have changed in the 2 years I've been gone. There are so many zoomers and they're all Chuds. I need to catch up on those Jerma horror game streams. His green screen movie night vods are still my favourites.
Darmok is a great one. I think my favourite TNG Episode is "Q Who?" because of how it introduces The Borg. It's not the most memorable or exciting episode, but something about the ominous vibe and knowing the consequences of their run-in with that Borg Cube put it up there for me.

Noticing a lot of Morrowind players today. Tamriel Rebuilt?

I started playing it the other night, too. Not interested in the Oblivion remake, but seeing other people talking about Morrowind put me in the mood to finally play it. I'm playing it vanilla right now. I MIGHT give Tamriel Rebuilt a shot later.
