GS Cassia will always start first, and by the time you've finished with the extra turn she gives with bring it down you should enough momentum to get a full extra turn with the ultimate. Not to mention you just use the ring Calcy gives you to max momentum anyway.

You can always replay it. Or just keep a save in chapter 2 and 4 and play the DLC when it's released. What are you going to do when they announce a second season of DLC?

I can get waiting for patches on an Owlcat game but waiting for dlc is baffling. If you think it's good then just play it and be happy to do another playthrough with the dlc. If you think it's bad then you can cut your losses and stop playing before you waste money on the dlc. Dark Heresy is a given for a sequel because Inquisitors are basically the only humans with interstellar autonomy in 40k besides Rogue Traders and pirates. Tau is a big possibility especially for an Inquisitor PC, but RT also has hints towards Orks that I expect to come back around.
