Should I buy the NIS Classic Colection Vol1-3? It's about $70 on the eshop right now (it's regularly $110) and contains 6 games: Phantom Brave: The Hermuda Triangle Remastered, Soul Nomad & the World Eaters, Makai Kingdom: Reclaimed and Rebound, ZHP: Unlosing Ranger vs. Darkdeath Evilman, La Pucelle: Ragnarok, and Rhapsody: A Musical Adventure.
I know that unpatched, a couple of these games have unavoidable game breaking bugs, but I'm buying digital which means they're patched anyways.

If you do something irredeemably evil like sacrifice yourself to save your son you get forced into a penguin suit after death and you have to do heavy labor until you make enough money to reincarnate.

I finally got a genius-level divine majin. Even though they're unlocked at a level 500 majin, I had to grind up until level 1000 to get enough mana to reincarnate at that high of a tier. I need to remember to invest in managers.
Now I need to level him up, get rank 39/40 gear, level that up, then fight the post-game bosses.

Depends how much you like NIS. $70 seems a bit much considering how easy it is to emulate them all, but playing Makai Kingdom in handheld mode was comfy.

Get armsmasters, max your weapon mastery
Weapon mastery is far more important than levels

All the prinny plushes look so fucking bad except for this one I got from a friend like 8 years ago

Grindan for 1900 armsmasters seems a lot more painful than grindan for a few thousands levels in the Cave of Ordeals though

Takes maybe 3-4 hours? And is far more impactful

I'm struggling against the level 900 dragon right before Prier and since her fight has guys with levels in the thousands I think you're right here if that's the case.
The >1000% stat gain from weapon mastery seems more useful here than thousands of levels.

Some people do challenge runs where they can only use prinnies (or a singular prinny).
But besides that, I think they're supposed to be an obviously joke/trash unit. Even in later games with magichange and evilties they don't get much better. Disgaea 2 tries to force you to use prinnies through their reincarnation system.
