Me, in case I really want to play the game, which really isn't many.
I played Conan Exiles good 15 hours but had to stop eventually because I couldn't deal with the desert and jungle area spider boss model being gigantic and realistic looking.
Otherwise I have skipped most games that feature spiders, when I played Skyrim 13 years ago or whenever it came out, I waited few days for a mod that replaced the spiders with bear models instead so I could continue. That's about it.
