i want talking to a 10-12 year old in Gamestop yesterday evening and he was telling me that he knows there's no point in asking for Switch 2 for Christmas because it probably won't get much support beyond that and not having the new GTA is a huge downside.

Some friends of mine work at my local Target and they say that they have barely made 4 pre-orders for the Switch 2 and that they ordered about 50 stock. My friends told me they are anticipating a lot of wasted space in their stock room due to there being zero hype or demand for the thing. My friends also told me that the manager asked them to literally go up to people in the car park and ask them if they wanted to pre-order the new Nintendo console

Kind of funny to even ask. No. I think Switch 2 will be disappointing for them, at first, by by the end of the cycle it will be a huge success, and all games will cost $80. I'll probably quit gaming, but it will only get more popular.
