Team Run&Gun may be the weakest team. Megaman's the only one who can take more than a single hit / three hits, and has useful techniques and powers.
Unless maybe you give Cuphead his homing bullets at which point he shoots aimlessly and kills everyone else in the arena.

Getting the quirky earthbounders together like that would be so insufferable they'd make everyone else willingly charge into the death fence over the course of like ten minutes maximum

Of those, Shirou, Megaman (depending on weapons he has), and Noita (potentially, with the right wands) can bust a planet. The remainder can kill some really big things that bust planets, but with serious effort.
My money, however, goes on Megaman. Since the arena is a completely open field, he could theoretically see any combatant as they fall, and get exponentially more powerful very, very fast. Shirou's bullshit magic might close the gap, but he's still has human-ish levels of durability.

Augumon can digivolve every 7 minutes

Most of the arena is already scorched Earth by the end of the third minute - it's only one square mile. Otherwise he'd be a major player.

Even if nerfed Agumon is still the strongest character in that image by quite a large margin, once he gets to ultimate the battle is technically over, mega is simply an overkill.

Downing a Greymon is not going to be easy if Jack Frost uses makarakarn, Pikachu spams thunder wave and Gibanyan inspirits the rest to slow them down, it might give them enough time for MetalGreymon to come and literally shred the competition with close to no effort.

The power gap between evolutions in digimon is absolutely and completely obscene.

Team Platformer wins easily. You have 3 toon forcers + a toon speedster.

Prompt doesn't say the arena has any power-ups, materials, or components, so any character on this list who's powers hinge on using ammunition, crafting, or consumables is fucking dead. Respawners are treated as "out" if they die, so that also disarms the roguelikes and roguelites who depend on respawning and brute-forcing a situation.

With this in mind everyone with innate powers, talents, or abilities, are clearly favored to win: Mons, Paltformers, Shmup, and maybe "Quirky Earthbound Inspired RPG" (but only because they might be able to do something meta), and random hyper-competant characters like Link.

I'm not convinced Agumon even gets to Greymon with BFGs and smartbombs and shit in play. With no respawn mechanics, is anybody gonna be left standing after the first few minutes except tanks like Samus? Every RPG character will bring down the apocalypse on Turn 1

Squall alone with all his junction magic and jacked GFs could be virtually untouchable, moreso when backed up by the DQIII Hero.
Doomguy and John Halo could snipe everything in a mile radius, and Doomguy could outrun/chase down virtually all of them. The simple advantage of greater range and heavy weapons.
Shmup characters can all simply fly around and drop bombs, their only threat are the FPS team or some magic shooting them down.
Issac and Noita would develop some ridiculous bullshit build that nukes the whole field (and themselves), assuming they get access to any of it (if not then they're dead on arrival).
Some of the H game protagonists have impenetrable plot armor and godlike powers. Basically a team of All-Stars while most other teams are lucky to have one MVP.

The Slim Chance lot all have things to them that would be difficult to translate to some other environment outside of their games, but they could be super OP, like Samus could Shinespark her way around the arena without ever needing to stop.
The fight would likely be over too fast for the other teams to get prepped and stand a chance with whatever OP thing they could get access to. And certain underdogs in the dead teams would have too many hard counters or things that simply overwhelm their abilities.

Tetrakarn/makarakarn will fuck up anyone who tries to take on the team, just to get promptly destroyed by pepper breaths, thunderbolts and spirit flames.

They don't necessarily need Agumon to win, but Agumon evolving ensures them victory, they themselves can evolve too for a nice power boost, I don't know how evolution will be handled for Jack, maybe he just turns into Black Frost for a huge power boost on par with Greymon.

I mean that would be pistol start for him, not even decent melee damage without a berserk pack. But it's hard to justify "Level 1" because some of these characters start their stories with no powers at all and wouldn't be here if that were the case

JRPG characters basically destroy their own gameplay at high levels, becoming immortal regenerating godkilling monsters. It's really not easy to take the OP out of them. I'm not fellating that shitty genre, that's just how it is. But Team H has some big jarpiggers too

If there are rings or chaos emeralds sonic wins if not then is it safe to assume no one else gets pickups? Wouldn't that make Isaac and noita basically useless

"Nobody has consumable items on hand" sounds like it'd disqualify power rings, but that's a tricky rule to interpret since from the examples it sounds like it was only supposed to apply to healing items. It'd be silly if FPS characters get no ammunition but Samus can spam Plasma Beam all day

Base Samus doesn't have that power, she can only become very powerful if you let her pick up a bunch of power ups.

Good thing for everyone that is not a concern, since the magic used for junctioning is a consumable that he does not spawn with. Unlike that guy, I don't think Megs would do that well even with the buffs. He's not extraordinarily tanky without recovery items or extra lives, and he's not amazingly mobile either. He might get lucky and snag extremely broken powers, but even at his best he's ammo-capped and can only use one simplified version of somebody's attack at a time. Some of these dudes don't need setup to be terrifying, and Rock can't possibly use their powers against them while they're still alive

Doomguy seems like a pretty strong pick, especially since he's supposed to be a one man army fighting things way above himself. John Halo also for similar reasons

Bro has a level cap so high the universe can’t count that far, but that’s just the start. He’s immune to aging thanks to chaos, can’t be mind controlled, has top-tier regeneration with healing items, and carries weapons that flat-out ignore stats (like the Chaos sword cutting through enemy resistances). Also, dude’s charisma is literal cheat-tier—he can seduce demon queens and goddesses mid-battle. Not to mention strategic genius levels of tactics and an army at his back when needed. The man’s basically a walking paradox of hentai and heroism.

Do you consider destroying and/or merging parallel dimensions reality bending? Existance outside dimensions? Time stop?
