But factor number two is the game got casualized to hell and back on top of having a lackluster roster in the base game, on top of focusing harder on the (subpar) story, so now that's what the fandom expects as well, and that culminated with Wilds, the most casual friendly game with the emptiest roster yet and an annoying story which the producer says is the reason the game was received well, and at this point I'm just questioning if it's even Monster Hunter anymore
