I beat the game today, did every night lord. I don't think we have a way to tell if NPCs without grace can't see the erdtree, I don't remember any of them mentioning that.

Just to add if it ever gets confusing: roguelikes are very easy to identify because they're basically a genre by themselves of ROGUE-like dungeon crawlers. Roguelite is something like a modifier or "twist" that you tack onto an existing genre in the form of randomized progression (just like this game!). Roguelite devs love to add meta-progression by default but it's not exactly what makes or breaks the definition.

Playing alone is perfectly viable and fun.

Majora's Mask is the pinnacle of what an asset flip can achieve, an actual masterpiece that somehow uses its limited resources to incredible effect, precisely because it wasn't afraid to go in a very different direction from mainline Zelda games.

The problem From has is that their asset flips are always too chickenshit to ever go for a different vibe or world, and when they do diverge, like with ER going open world or Nightreign going Fortnite it always just ends up being in a sloppier direction.
