Sky FC being such a fucking shit game will kill any interest in more remakes. They'll copy-paste Sky 1st into Sky 2nd and 3rd because they have the assets, but that's where it ends.

I don't get why they didn't just combine FC and SC into a single game. Given that some later games are literally twice as long as FC is at minimum they easily could have done it.

It's not just exaggerated. It's completely rewritten. Only the outline of the events of the games remain. The characters are not accurate at all, nor is the vast majority of the dialogue. Even "..." lines in the Japanese script can extend to paragraphs in the localization. This is because Jessica Chavez rewrote the scripts when she worked for Xseed.

Japanese is a very dull and muted language and it's more about how it's said than what is said. Literal japanese translations make everyone seem schizoid. Someone's going to claim the whole game was re-written though.
