Accordingly, my Administration will defend women’s rights and protect freedom of conscience by using clear and accurate language and policies that recognize women are biologically female, and men are biologically male.

Well I love her. I just don't read anything written past the 90s.
1) She naturally has super strength and flight. So the bulk of her kit doesn’t need to be built around copying people’s powers.
2) When she touches people, she doesn’t just copy their powers. She copies their skills and she essentially drains their energy. So if she has a grab move, on top of copying powers, it could be used to also steal some of the enemy’s health. For characters without any powers to copy, either she gets extra health from them compared to those she can steal powers from, and doesn’t acquire an extra move, or the move she acquires is some generic super punch, or the devs say fuck it and just let her copy moves even if it doesn’t make sense cause it’s game.
Yeah the 00's had this obsession with demystifying all their characters and make them into 1 dimensional assholes.
Another idea I had was to just have her not copy powers, but instead create a kit that consists of moves her already copied from X-men characters.
The last idea I had was give her a customisable kit that people make loadouts for prior to joining a game
