People post some hot take or witty line and the rest of it is just people reacting to it. And on the rare occasion there is a discussion it devolves into searching the other person's history as some sort of gotcha.

It wasn't that bad, a lot of those invisionfree forums always had active threads going on and it was pretty easy to find active ones and avoid the dead ones. I miss MMO forums cause they'd usually have like 4-5 different active ones at a time.
