I'm about to give up. I explored the location up and down, I climbed into all the vents and under all the bridges, killed the boss, killed that non-aggressive nymph next to the merchant (you can attack her and then she starts fighting, and drops a whole set with invisibility, nice suppressed AR and a shoulder shotgun), I even found a combat encounter with another nymph after beating the boss and got my nerve samples.... But I still have no idea where this gate leads. They are closed on the other side and hint that I missed some area.

I tried the sniper cannon and the melee spear but ran out of BP before it broke. I heard someone else did it with an smg so just in case it's based on hit count and not damage I used something rapid fire instead.
speaking of rapid fire for the person who asked in the last thread about how the rapid fire stat works, it's shooting interval (in seconds) = 0.01 * (2000 - rapid fire). You'd think they could just write in how many shots per second a gun shoots instead.

She's tied to the broken nymph, Vorg's quest. After giving the nymph 8, 9, and 10 bionics, Vorg appears in the arboreal nest. Blind nymph then appears on the bridge and you can tell her to meet Vorg on the path on the right just after the bulkhead.
you have to fix the crippled girl higher up in that area with bionic parts 8,9,10, then meet her in a few other areas, then they have a showdown (offscreen) and you get both their gear sets
you can loot the girls that she kills but I guess you could always kill them yourself too
when you get out in the big resevoir area, she's on the left wall area, by the tunnel that leads back to earlier in the area
i think you may have fucked it by beating the boss as she shifts elsewhere before that
I'm getting filtered by the copter, should I just grind for a sniper rifle and missile pods or do I just need to git gud with my Scimitar? It keeps flying out of maximum range so my shots suffer from falloff.

Weapon damage falls off massively if the enemy is out of range. Physical bullets starts to curve and energy weapons disappear at max range as an indicator.
Get a long range weapon and a headgear with long range targetting and it should go down easily.

Cleared the game with this loadout.
I was really disappointed that the last two bosses I fought were absolute pushovers (the gank squad and final boss). But at least the final boss looked the part, I still can't believe that the final boss of the bridge was just three losers, what a fucking letdown. They should've swapped that with the giant ball.

16 hours to clear the game but I'm pretty sure I failed or haven't cleared every single NPC quest. The only ones I think haven't outright failed are talking head and the talking tree.
And I definitely haven't explored fully, no idea where the tank treads or pile bunker or Demonbane equipment are.
I ended up going to that starting helmet at the end, I felt that it had the best balance for range and target range and area.
The bridge trio could've been good but they're just far too weak, even with all three attacking you at once they can barely break through your barrier to get to your actual HP, and their AI has them run off like idiots for most of the time anyway.
I think this is the only """souls-like""" I've played where I beat every boss on the first attempt. That fucking laser ball shotgun cunt right before the shortcut door in 3-1 killed accounted for almost all of my deaths in this.

Doing the boss fights advances quests in general and completing the final boss of each area ends any questline in that region that you haven't completed yet and causes the relevant NPCs to disappear.

You meet her in the depths and have the option to bring it to a body (those idle mechs standing around). There should be at least 1 in each route.
After that, you meet her at the end of the Accumulation zone, and then the Forbidden Domain tree.
You can then give it either a small reactor or a corrupt one.
I gave it the accumulation zone body and the small reactor, and she ends up dead rather anti-climatically in the Forbidden Domain boss room, so I think there might be some combination of boy + reactor, or some other way to continue the quest.
She's probably the lore bomb since she says the game's title drop.
If anything, she's the exception.

All this is after beating the bridge boss.
The only thing I did before the boss was meeting Yodo twice and giving Vorg bionic part 8.

Took me forever to decide on a loadout. I know I want the beam sword for the sidearm, but the main gun is still undecided. Wave gun works good enough but it lacks range, yet the assault rifles are kinda dull. I'd also love to bring bigger rear guns but I can't carry that much weight.

There's a consumable that boosts armor penetration and throwing knives that inflicts disintegration (def down).
SMGs have some of the highest damage in the game but gets cucked by armor.

IMO, Lords of The Fallen is pretty mid.
While it does have some nice ideas, the level design is pretty linear and claustrophobic, and it has abysmal enemy variety.
The lamp is also badly utilized, way too often it is necessary to progress instead of being used for secrets or clever puzzles.
Fatal errors are a noted issue.

Giving the store-bought reactor FAILS quest, giving her the corrupted reactor has her say that she's going to avoid combat and you don't find her remains in the boss room like if you give her the store reactor. Haven't managed to find her after giving her the corrupted reactor.
Volg and Yodo: Give Volg all the parts, talk to Volg in the nest, tell Yodo where Volg is on the bridge, quest ends with Volg killing Yodo? Where?
When Haiti is branded a heretic in the treatment plant you can do nothing or tell her about the ruins, if you tell her about the ruins she goes to hide there and it seems this is one possible ending for the quest. You can also tell the girl in the church about her, but it's unclear what happens if you do.
What's even going on with Gilli-Vell? I found in the sewer in the forbidden zone but she never appeared in the Tomb for me, what message are you supposed to give her?

For those who didn't know, once Yoyo moves to the breedchamber, you can enter her hole.
You meet gilli in the area below the ramp to the boss in Tomb, you talk to her there and she'll tell you she's looking for something. Thing you're after is in the forbidden zone behind a wall that you can destroy. There's a red door and a damaged looking wall section along the right side of the zone. Inside is the stuff to give to Gilli-Vell. If you don't you meet her up the top of the tomb area right before the boss corridor, then again for the final time in the central cavern.
If you find the item then she instead appears in the hub and sells a bunch of gear.

First, the stage needs to introduce the concepts of spawners before putting a hidden, invisible one and hoping we just figure it out. Second, there needs to be a hard cap on the amount of spiders there can be on the map at a time, and also reduce the amount they spawn at a time from 3 to 1 or 2. That goddamn death gulch where the first one is is absolute hell, nothing past that is as bad at is.
There should have been hidden spawners in the forbidden zone corruption garden, protecting the bombardier grubs.
