Just finished Dragon's Dogma, what did I think of it?
I know there's a bunch of post game shit but honestly I feel like the game the game has run its course

Just finished reading your post, what did I think of it?
Nobody cares about your opinion

I didn't give my opinion, I asked for yours which I do care about

Cool thread here's a bump.

Everfall is a mixed bag, but has some great encounters. The entire post-game turning into a post-apoc is a great gut punch. The real ending is absolutely worth it.
And there is also Bitterbutt Isle, which will rip your dick out and is its own beast of a dungeon crawler with a horror atmosphere, great encounters and a great story (although, a lot like DD, most of that is at the end).
Not forcing you to keep playing. Uninstall if you want. But there is a lot more.

You wanted to sexo the dragon

That wasn’t even an opinion. He can barely form a complete sentence. He’s been reading hypnosis for 30 years from advertising cults and has to get up early to do dangerous labor every day to keep his chubby wife with weird looking breasts pregnant. His SSRIs are getting his ass out of bed to this board to try to contact a stranger online to talk about some drawings.

All roads lead to Gran Soren.

hasn't actually finished a game

"Yeah I think I'm done"

Why do retards do this?

wow, it'd be really cool if someone made a game like this but not shit

something along those lines I would imagine

Well I've already tried a bunch of vocations, I seriously doubt the game is going to pull up something out of its hat that's different from what I've seen from a game mechanics point of view. I know that there's still like more content to go through, but from what I can tell it's just iterating in what's covered in the main story, I played a bit if the everfall and 95% of the enemies are the same except a different color, the areas are also extremely similar

Grigori is the only good thing about this shit

play Dragon's Dogma for the first time

name my character Demiurge because it's a cool sounding name

the game is actually about gnosticism

your character in fact becomes God at the end

Not an opinion but I thought this was a very neat coincidence

Bitterblack Isle is pure kino

You thought your loli pawn was HOT

The Everfall takes about 30 minutes to finish, get the actual ending, then play BBI, the blue marker on your map. BBI has a ton of unique content.

correct love interest

you may proceed with your thread

Rome never existed. It’s all totally made up. They pulled this scam off by spending a couple hundred thousand on props.

what did I think of it?

If you actually like video games, you think it was the best thing you've ever played despite being blatantly unfinished. If you're a shit eater, you thought it was kind of cool but too obtuse and lacking in a lot of modern features.

Just finished Dragon's Dogma

No you didn't

DD2 was that opportunity so it's really a shame how it turned out.

Go play Bitterblack Isle you lazy fuck

oh wow it's so cool how they really paid attention to making the world properly medieval and gave all the writing a consistent classical style, I feel really immersed in this medieval fantasy world

enter the Rift

every pawn is a fucking waifu dressed in bikini armor

Am I the only one who was bugged by this

get the actual ending, then play BBI

Don't listen to this anon. If you're gonna play BBI do it first. The true end forces you into NG+, meaning you'd have to go through the entire intro sequence again

grigori fight is pure kino but bbi is the best part of the game
if you skip it you're a retard
also everfall is worth experiencing especially ur dragon

Don't forget giant beefcake man with voice pitch max low or max high

yes, stupid nigger, you were the only one
now scurry back to r*ddit

Not that anon, but the story of BBI only really hits if you know what happens in DD.
From a gameplay-perspective, doing a run of Everfall first then BBI makes the most sense (getting some wakestones and potentially better gear). But not when you want to experience the story for the first time.
Yes, the story in this game is great

You don't play Bitterblack island for story, and you don't play anything else for game play.

Just because a part of the game has cool gameplay, doesn't negate it also having a good story that you can experience the first time playing it.

every pawn is a fucking waifu dressed in bikini armor

skill issue

Shut your bitch ass up, the intro takes like 10 seconds.

You only finished half the game you homo

wearing anything under the trophy set

Instant brinage.

Why is it that all these years later we can still get a DD thread going but absolutely nobody talks about 2? I didn't actually even play it myself, I'm holding off until GPUs can bruite force the lack of optimization

it was all the princess pawns that drove me nuts

it's a CPU bound game though

No it isn't.
It's stupid and grindy.

can't talk about 2 anymore

It's worse than dd:da in every way and will probably never get dlc.

The only appropriate response to seeing a pawn in any NPC outfit is to pick them up and chuck them off a cliff

son of a bitch

Don't have to deal with Fournival getting spooked by the guards trying to fight you during postgame when you want periapts

blessed happening

Two elf bros on an adventure.

thought about starting another playthrough

don't want to kill my current pawn

He got rented a lot, even rented him out to some anons back in the days before DD2. Don't want to make him vanish, but also don't want to buy the game a second time.

Shitty pawns get brined. It's as simple as that.

Gobbo

Based.

She goat

Dragon's Dogma doesn't end at the credits retard. The entire point of the game is only revealed to you if you do the post game and Bitterblack isle
