I think TBoGT and 4 complement each other perfectly. Whenever you get tired of 4's seriousness and grit, you go to TBoGT, and whenever you get tired of TBoGT's fun and over the top atmosphere you crave 4's grounded and serious world again.

I really wish this game had more nightclub content. I mean its a major theme of the DLC, but there is hardly anything to it. Maisonette 9 is kind of boring, they should have added a lot more clubs in liberty city to visit.

One little detail I like about TLAD is that the cars handle a little bit shittier than in the base game
I know of one called The Actual Complete Edition, but it runs on some older support mods that make the game crash if you try to install newer versions, FusionFix, and/or DXVK. On top of that, you have to unlock the other islands and find select unmarked interiors to get the weapons from free pickups, and the vehicles have to be spawned in with the trainer it comes with. Those problems might have been fixed with newer versions, since the mod got taken down and locked behind a Discord channel where you have to ask for permission to "beta test" it and give an explanation for how your download and installation of the mod helps with it's development.
I took a second look and someone might have uploaded it in a public Google Drive link, after falling for an April Fools joke from the mod author that suggested the mod got cancelled.
