It's indoors with the flash on, hence the slight yellow hue to the black parts, and the lighting from behind is glare from a mirror. There is something missing if somebody does not intuit this.

To actually address the thread question, any ability that doesn't do direct upfront damage. Retards tend to only be able to focus on one instance of a variable at a time. Any games that can't be beaten by thinking about a single variable are going to filter them. Some examples:

Low IQ people will struggle with the concept that they should sometimes pick the move that does 50 dps for 3 seconds over the move that does 100 dps for 1 second. They tend to not use mechanics like poison or anything that has a payout over time. They would make horrific Bards in FFXIV.

Defensive, status, and healing abilities

And you will see them just repeatedly die a lot in games that require thinking defensively as well as offensively.

Setup strategies, force multipliers, exponential growth
