Outline a major change in creative direction for the whole company towards the core, male gaming audience. If this conflicts with the personal beliefs of any employee then that's perfectly fine. Make a 3D Rayman game first and an Assassin's Creed game that's kind of like the original 3.
Create a new For Honour game, more players per team, 3 team game modes, less retarded lore and more fun.

Innovative smaller budget indie titles. Honestly wouldn't that bad of an idea or even doing something like wouldn't be half bad. You could fill the classic GTA niche that's been gone for so long and get various rappers to collaborate on it. Probably do some quick-hit action games, I think you could do well for some bombastic action-move stuff with that. Throw in some smaller cheaper projects. Collaborate with Fortnite for some quick cash to start these projects too, possibly even release a remaster of the older Assassin's Creeds into a final version and don't censor or change ANYTHING. Just bug fixes. The Oblivion Remaster proves this shit sells and it would be perfect to get people hyped for...
An Assassin's Creed that is almost EXACTLY like the older titles. All RPG elements gutted and thrown out. Hack&slash elements thrown out. I would find a cool gimmick like in Black Flag and do that again. Smaller scale Assassin's Creeds for a lower price, and make a huge public deal about how you're not raising the prices of your video games unless it's worth the extra money.
Next Far Cry game is set across several islands that you sail from where you fight boats of pirates and corrupt military officials while raiding oil rigs and piloting a ship Assassin's Creed or Wind Waker style. You could make this it's own separate game seperate from Far Cry too.
I think if you put on a new Rayman game like Rayman Legends, an actually decent Prince of Persia game that's a bombastic version that honors the classics, or even make a version of Watch Dogs with a HEAVY focus on a badass main character and a nuanced story, and try and BEG Nintendo for a new Raving Rabbids game you can throw on the Switch 2 as an early exclusive.
Those are some ideas I would do. A lot of people on here are just spouting racist or nonsensical shit. I would do these things in some combination with each other. Find out what your fanbase wants and find niches.

The idea here is that the "far cry" is how the city has been turned into a chaotic hellhole by these factions.
