They took them half apart and it's been weeks, no construction done yet on any of them. Is it because they're paid in advance and so they can just twiddle their thumbs as long as it's completed by the date listed on the contract? Cost and many areas can't be underground. No one in my area has basements because of flooding but we still have tornados. Tornado proof houses do exist but are extremely expensive and well over double what a house would cost otherwise.
