The bosses are just tapdancing away from glowing cones or recalling that in this particular dungeon's 2nd boss, when he scratches his left armpit, he will attack to his right. Higher difficulty is just more esoteric versions of that with more likelihood that your whole party dies if you forget to run counterclockwise when the boss wiggles his hips 3 times.

I really tried to like this game I sank around 700h into it across a year and realized it wasn't for me. The only thing I enjoyed was the raiding/ combat system during raids but everything else was simply too tedious. Unlocking classes shit even unlocking the raids was a chore. GW2 does these systems much better and being able to pick your own content without retarded barriers to entry should be the gold standard not the rare exception.

On the plus side my character was really cute and the casino / card game were both very enioyable

The period between Shadowbringers to Endwalker was absolute peak. Everything aligned perfectly and it was so good.
The game itself, the story/ MSQ, the community, the content, the vibes around the game, the population, the anticipation for the next expansion.

The fact we end the whole Garlemald saga with slaying Anima and chasing Zenos to the moon was something I was highly upset with Endwalker, despite being a good story. What was the whole point of drumming up Garlemald's story line all these years? What about all the captured regions of Garlemald that were hinted in the Elemental Weapon storylines? It seems a lot of story potential just washed down the drain, because they grew bored with the Ascian storyline. Yet, we are still getting similar elements with post-Dawntrail's story.

Debatable. I got to omni-100 three weeks on expansion launch of Dawntrail by simply FATE farming in the 90+ zones. I made over 200 mil in gil by selling the vouchers too. Yet, I hear a lot of people complain in 7.1 and 7.2 about queue times in Novice Network no matter what server I hop onto.

I thought they were doing that with the cash shop items this year the blow bubbles emote, the hilda hair, the azyema outfit, the short crop top modern glam, the Zero glam and a bunch of other stuff all went straight to the cash shop with no events to be able to gain them in game.

MSQ left off on a decently interesting villain cliffhanger and gave your character a goku moment. more going on with this expansion than any other prior expansion's own X.2 patch so far, stuffing occult crescent and cosmic exploration in the same patch is insane as it is
