I tried to work on a translation some time ago but the tools are just not there. Something always breaks when you rebuild your changed scripts. It would honestly be easier to rebuild the entire thing in fucking renpy than using current day DS hacking software for a translation patch.
Transformers Decepticons is unironic kino. The Arbiter voices Barricade, it plays like a DS GTA game, and the story is actually good. Rare case of DS shovelware being hidden sovl

And it's one of the few DS games where it's consistently voice acted and every mission starts and ends with cutscenes. I got super invested in its story and it's genuinely the best of the Movie 1 tie-ins. Way better than the Home console game.
Yeah. If you like RE1 or never played RE1, don't sleep on Deadly Silence. The backgrounds are a bit uglier than on PS1 because of the 256.000 color limit, but it's genuinely the best version of it. I even like it more than REmake.

How about some 3DS games? I CFW'd mine after almost a decade and played Ace Attorney 4 to 6 then AAI1&2. Finished Ocarina of Time for the first time, got Majora's Mask next but I can give a shot to something new.
Avalon Code is an action RPG with customization thing going (codes) and dating sim.
That extracting/placing code from/into literally everything is neat, I wish the same idea could be used for bigger more complex games.
Still flawed game however, but to me the fun part outweigh it.

I fucking love and hate Lunar Knight for this reason. The space ship section's forced touchscreen is beyond retarded. You drag the ship to move, you tap the screen to shoot so what does that mean? You can't move and shoot at the same time in a shmup game!
