I went with Pyra just because you meet her first and her interactions with Rex are generally sweeter. Mythra obviously has the whole tsundere thing going on, but I am pretty sure the first scene featuring her is the one where she wakes up in bed with Rex. She screams KAWAAAAAAAAAAAIIIIIIIIII BAKA HENTAIIIIII GAJIN!!!!!!! and then proceeds to get mad at him because she slept in HIS bed. It is one of the dumbest scenes in the game and makes a bad first impression. I eventually got over it, but Pyra just seems nicer.
I wish the game didn't end with Rex getting both (and then all 3) girls. I wish, at most, it ended with you getting the girl who you chose and then add some secret way of getting Nia. Current ending is a little too wish fulfilment and outright good for me. Should have been a bitter sweet ending after such an emotional climax, but game is still great. I really like it.
