The problem is that too many games call it "body type" without removing the connotations of a
sexual identity from it. A body type selection is supposed to be part of one of two situations: freedom of expression, or gender neutrality. You either make gender selection separate from appearance (i.e. picking your pronouns) so the player has complete control over the interpretation of their custom character, or the character's sex is completely unimportant to the point where their appearance doesn't implicate a gender at all. Having a gendered experience and then tying that experience to your "body type" completely misses the point of calling it that in the first place. There are people who still get mad when it IS used correctly in context, but that's beside the point.

with exceptions, visually they look like some form of combination mixed-race and inbred. in both the remaster and the original, for vastly different reasons.
