What launch games are you getting?
What launch games are you getting?
The one where I cave every snoy's skull in with a sledgehammer.
I boughted the Mario Kart bundle but between that, feverishly waiting to get a Gamecube controller and a Pro Controller in the mail, and my Switch games I haven't touched in a while, I'll probably be kept busy the whole month or two. Hoping that Hyrule Warriors DE runs a bit better.
the mario
If I can secure my preorder, I'll get donkey Kong bananza. Mario kart doesn't interest me I'm afraid.
Thoughts on how much this will be sold out after launch? The PS5 was hard to come by for a year, and even the PS5 pro had a rough launch period, and so many normies are interested in this console alongside the usual scalpers. It's def going to be a hot item for the rest of the year, and black Friday/ Christmas will be hell to find one.
Just Mario Kart World, I might buy that Donkey Kong game if the reviews from people that aren't Nintendo shills are good.
Mario Kart World
BotW Switch 2 Edition
Yakuza 0
Sonic x Shadow Generations
Probably at least a year of it being hell to get one, especially around Christmas. You pretty much think the same thing I do.
Mario Kart, Puyo Puyo, Sonic Generations and I'll get Street Fighter since it's so cheap
Nintendo is supposedly gonna try to keep up with demand by stockpiling consoles up to and after release.
What launch games
Good question
If I wasn't a poorfag I'd get:
Mario Kart World
Cyberpunk
I'd have gotten Raidou, SF6 and Bravely Default if they weren't key cards. I'm only caving if they get heavily discounted or secondhand. Shadow Gens too if it had gotten a patch like the PS4 did. I hate Sega so much.
None. I get the console when a new Mario comes out otherwise I don't give a shit
Rune Factory 6 and Kirby Airriders
Mario Kart World and The Legend of Dark Witch 4.
But it's exceeding demand even in Japan. That's the funny thing about this. Even with that super overpriced international version and the worsening JP economy, it's still being sold out.
Just Mario Kart, I'll probably replay ToTK with thr upgrade.
Might pick up Sonic X Shadow if it runs decently
Bros, is genshin gonna be in this??
So how do you even preorder this shit these days
Do the usual sites just allow a couple more preorders a day and I have to get lucky or am I just turbo fucked
Games? Lol.
Mario Kart
Welcome Tour
Puyo Puyo Tetris 2S
Fast Fusion
Ridge Racer Arcade Archive
I'll check out the BOTW/TOTK upgrades and GameCube NSO app too
Not an amazing launch lineup, not interested in most multiplats since they're better on PC, but MKW is enough to hold me over until DK
Mario Kart and Shine Post
Mario Kart via bundle, Bravely Default HD, RMX Fusion, and every Switch 1 upgrade.
There aren't any launch games I want. I'm just going to get a game that I missed out on or something. For new stuff past the launch date, I'd like to get that Story of Seasons game and maybe Donkey Kong.
Am I good if I registered on nintendo's site?
You imply you'd get a Switch 2 eventually but not buying Mario Kart?
MKW
Hitman Retail Exclusive Luigi Costume
BDFFHD
Himituten
Kunitugami (with pre-order bonuses)
I bought Tears of the Kingdom off my friend for $10, so I'll play the upgraded version alongside bing bing wahoo kart
Walk in to Gamestop is better chance.
where did you got it from?
Has Nintendo discussed how handheld mode will work with Switch 1 games on Switch 2? Handheld always maxed out at 720p which is going to create some distortion or require integer scaling/filters to be full screen on the Switch 2. Alternatively you could force Docked Mode but I just don't see Nintendo doing that when it could create issues or giving any kind of freedom to the end user to make that selection themselves.
Wal-Mart during preorder launch night.
None
The first game I'm getting is DK Bonanza, until then I'm going to replay Mario Odyssey and also play Soul Calibur 2/F Zero GX/Wind Waker
boughted
thank you for dooing the needful saar
Isn't mario kart the only launch title?
it says if you already registered they may send the email after release date but you don't have to do anything else
I don't care about waiting a while if I'm guaranteed to get one
Nope. No mention so far unfortunately.
Buying a Nintendo console but not Mario Kart.
I don't have any friends or family and the single player content doesn't look that great
i aint buying till a price drop, and by then there will be more than 2 games.
I won’t be purchasing this console, thank you
Mario Kart is the one Nintendo I.P with good online and Anon Babbleirgins will play together.
He thinks there will be a price drops.
It's going to get a price increase the way this gen has been going
the switch manual app
You preorder last week and F5 until the site works and allows you to enter the cart.
You're sort of fucked unless you win the nintendo lottery.
Not getting the Shitch 2, sorry Tendie
None of them. Just play Genshin, the best game ever made.
Gamestop Canada made it easy. Shame this country is dead but still.
At least you guys have Indians everywhere!
Mario kart for the weekend then it's collecting dust until CFW occurs
This is my plan if I can't find a second one around launch. Shit has no games.
Donkey Kong Bananza and Metroid 4.
Don't forget to turn off wifi
I'm convinced a CFW will come out before a 2nd legitimate exclusive system seller comes out
Mario Kart. I don't think there are any other launch games of note. I'll pick up DK when it comes out a month later though.
just more splatoon
even if I have the new Mario Kart
The PS5 has had like 3 price hikes, why do you think the Switch 2 will be any different?
If we're talking launch day specifically, I got the bundle so Mario Kart World, and I preordered Rune Factory Guardians of Azuma. I'll also most likely get Fast Fusion on the eShop. Those aside I'm interested in the Gamecube app launch games and I preordered a Gamecube NSO controller because I'm not going to (re)play F-Zero GX without analog triggers. Since I have the NSO Expansion Pass tier I'm getting the 3D Zelda upgrades for free so I'll check those out but I doubt I'll do a full new playthrough or anything.
The verdict is in. Its over, tendiebros.
The Switch 2 is very expensive
Posted from my MacBook Pro
I like Macs but come on kek
what's so White about him?
no OLED no buy
For some reason people never seem to give true value to Nintendo consoles, perhaps because of their childish image. Even I fell for that and thought they were cheap stuff, and for the most part they are, but the oled Switch was definitely worth what I paid for it. and that's why I'll have a Switch 2 on release day but I don't think the general public will actually buy it at this price.
I only played my Switch 1 in handeheld like twice, I'll just play the Swtich 2 on my OLED TV and monitor.
Dont mock him, he knows what he's talking about. Nintendo is going to be in shambles.
That's not the argument you think it is, because I really don't care about your life.
sorry my negro but it is what it is
I'm the opposite, the only game I ever played docked was Ring Fit and that's because it forced you
Worse it's an Intel MacBook. What a poorfag.
probably going to upgrade my family subscription plan so I can replay actually good games in HD
I rather for two years and emulate the Switch 2 games within the PS6.
Got Mario kart bundle, not sure what else..also have some switch games I never played yet so I'll play upgraded botw.
Definitely not getting Donkey Bird: Featheranza
Bravely Default
$10 botw upgrade
Free Pokemon SV upgrade
Hmmm
why would you buy a console on launch day
Mario Kart World and Shine Post
PS5 took 2 years to find on shelves, the easiest time to get one until than was launch day as restocks all had significantly less stock that was bought up in under 5 seconds.
PS5 stock lasted over 20 minutes at launch on Amazon.
Switch 2 will likely be similar, you neither get it at launch, wait 2 years, or pay the scalpers price.
Probably Metroid but I think ill have to get the mario kart one because odds are unlikey for me
normies will be preoccupied with gta 6 around the holidays, you'll be fine.
The Switch 2 is launching with twice as many units as the PS5 and isn't launching in the middle of a chip shortage. It won't be similar, the PS5 was a fluke because the stock was low as fuck due to COVID supply chain issues.
Tempted to get Kirby and the Forgotten Land for the additional content since I never bought it and always wanted to play it. Xenoblade is one of my favorite games of all time and Xenoblade X is what made me get a Wii U so I’ll likely get Xenoblade 2 and 3 at some point. For brand new games, the new Donkey Kong
Already have Mario Kart World packed in on my pre-order
Will probably do the $10 upgrade for BOTW to fuck around with it.
Deltarune I am debating getting on the Switch 2 for the hell of it.
Debating getting Cyberpunk even though I already beat it on a decent PC just to test it out.
Later on I am getting DK, maybe do the Kirby Forgotten Land upgrade, Metroid Prime 4, and maybe Bravely Default. Biggest thing is I want to see what improvements Switch 1 BC has if any since I have a ton of Switch titles I need to get around to.
