it was a fun, fitting end to the experiment. ICC and Ulduar were fantastic raids. Ulduar in particular was incredible when we were exploring it for the first time, and finally progged into the maw etc. Best art and design from the final echoes of the old guard that made vanilla incredible.

It had plenty of flaws, but its pros shone through, most classes and specs actually feeling finished and 'complete', unlike vanilla and TBC, made playing them a dream. Never found an mmo before or since where the characters were half as fun to operate as wrath. Blizzard couldnt even keep it up as they sucked all the fun out of the specs with mass-homogenisation in cata, killing the last bit of soul the game had forever.
