Most WEG devs can't even finish their fucking games let alone learn or hire actual artists to not make homunculus-looking characters that have to rely on giant boobs and ass to distract from the fact that their faces and proportions are messed up. 95% of WEGs are made for the absolute bottom of the barrel retards who are too stupid to learn Japanese, use translations, or search for better shit online. Even Black Souls has a "unique" artstyle that manages to make creative looking characters while still making them attractive. Almost all WEGs literally just use 3D models that look like real people or try to draw "realistic" people but then make abominations like OP's pic. Very rarely do they ever actually try to make characters. It's always the same gay obsession with mirroring reality that most Western artists have.

Maybe I'm insane but I don't find porn games to be *erotic* unless there's a genuine story to them. Romance, comedy, horror, don't care, just have something other than "guy with big dick fucks every woman and tranny living in his town".

Give it a proper try. The art is serviceable once you get into the game. There's also animation frames which takes some extra effort most porn artists aren't willing to go for.
