Racing games and tech shit

Fried chicken

Farming simulators

Sandwich, preferably with cheese and ham

Minecraft

Depends on the modpack but I also eat fried chicken or pepperoni pizza

Strategy games

Soup or noodles since I only play them on cold days

H-games

Only water of course

everything else

No food

That's a fairly small amount of McDonalds for an average-sized person, I'd say? The main reason fast-food cooks so fast and "lasts" so short is that there isn't much density to it. I wouldn't WANT to eat a double helping of nuggets in that timeframe, but I could easily.

The body is pretty competent at maintaining itself especially with exercise, but it can only go so far. If you are reasonable with how much you eat in a sitting and what you eat, you should be fine, but be careful. I know people who got fucked by assuming that exercise was a bypass for metabolism.

I passed out at work this week cause I was trying to maintain a calorie deficit. Doctors said I was nutrient deficient. Even though I was eating nothing but raw fruits, vegetables and fish (as well as taking vitamins daily). I work at a warehouse, last pallet I pulled was around 1560lbs and I do this shit 12 hours a day. How am I supposed to lose weight if I can't do weight loss shit? Should I get Ozempic?

How many calories were you eating daily? Don’t go crazy and eat at a large deficit because it’s unsustainable. I know you already work 12 hours a day but muscle building will help “even out” the fat you have. Resulting in a leaner appearance. Also consider walking an hour a day. I walk all day at work myself so by that logic I should be single digit body fat but I’m not. Others swear by it though.

I know dude, it’s retarded. I work for a living as well and it didn’t do hardly anything for my physique, just gave me a bit of forearm and tricep definition.

I did the typical self improvement rigmarole and lost 30 pounds in three and a half months. Lifting weights for a few months gave me more muscle mass than lugging heavy shit around for five years.

Like I figured then, make sure you take supplements for anything you're missing from meat (Iron, B12, Zinc maybe, etc.), look up the non-meat alternatives for nutriments while keeping in mind that it's not 1 for 1 with meat, and make sure you get checked for any potential deficiency. I don't think there's anything wrong with your routine itself since, as your doctor said, your problem is that you can easily lack nutriments in a diet, especially in one without meat.

food stretches out your stomach so the more you eat on a daily, the more food you can fit before you feel full. that's why you may feel full after a sandwich if you don't usually eat much and which is why the blob, as seen above, can clean that whole 4 person meal all on his own and ask for more.
