I have 180 and I cannot feel any delay from G Sync, only from v sync but I never use that since something like Rivatuner offers better solutions if needed anyway
I'm still using DLSS upscaling and DLSS framegen and g-sync and I have no jaggies and no screen tearing and smooth performance and I am happy

The benefits are no screen tearing and relatively smooth image. Plus you can minimize delayed response times by simply going into Nvidia control panel and clicking the low latency mode and changing it to Ultra, whilst vertical sync is on in control panel. I've been using gsync for a very long time now and i can't go back. If i need to be ultra serious about competitive then i turn it off.

And to be very clear about my reasoning i will state again: i absolutely cannot tolerate screen tear. It looks awful and i hate when it happens.
G-Sync is fine but it has too many problems now with Nvidia's dogshit drivers and lack of support for actual gayming tech.

All the drivers before the recent doom one (572.83) have been a stutter fest in VR for me, and to some extent in just regular games depending on the driver, some displayed symptoms and some drivers didn't. I'm still thoroughly testing this new driver out to make sure it's not complete shit like the rest of them. I don't think it has anything to do with gsync on the other hand. We're just talking about bad drivers in general.

Vsync on doubles your system input lag whenever framerate slips under displays max. Adaptive probably turns off vsysnc so that doesn't happen, and niggersync turns it off and instead doesn't tear.
