I wasn't blessed with the magic ticket called talent.

Preoccupied, unmotivated, and frankly not interested. Making my own game could be cool, but I'd rather focus on my talents and what interests me.

Not very, something mid-range from the last ten years could probably suffice if you can stomach to wait. Then again there's a big difference between "can" and "should", the less time you have to spend waiting the more productive you can be. The screen might also be an issue.

I made a few games from scratch but I always thought they were dog shit.
I can do art, music and programming - but I suck at level design and making interesting mechanics or new/unique spins on existing mechanics.
On top of that, there is so much slop to compete with that it just doesn't feel worth it - and its only going to get worse as AI slop increases in production.
