I used framgen to play through Cyberpunk with path tracing on and it didn't look like this. Faces looked weird and warbly when talking and there was obvious smearing when cars/objects were moving fast but it didn't have this weird stutter

-Take a single frame
-Copy X times
X could approach infinity with ZERO performance impact, and so will framerate. DLSSfags HATE this simple TRICK.

For fake frame maxing you can use Lossless Scaling on top of normal fake frames.

You joke but it is basically VR manages to get decent FPS and low latency while head tracking. It's just displaying the game on in-VR display that extends beyond your FOV and then when you move you just see more of the display which doesn't have to render new frames to fill in the parts you now see.
