I'm still kinda sad that Bamco forgot to advertise that "battle royal" pacman that released a while ago.
But all the same hooray for Pacman, I love these games.
I was confused as shit when Namco made Pinky female in all regions starting around the late-90s as the pink ghost was male in the US in the 80's, and was male even in the Namco made Pac-Land since it took design cues from the US cartoon.

It's sad about the shift that happened in Namco after the merger and even before then. Old Namco was worshipful of their properties but now they only care about Tekken more or less.

They killed Pac-Man 99 and made a versus game recently and then never advertised it after it's initial announcement.

How could this have happened at all only shows Namco was stupid as hell regarding securing the rights of a character derivative of their own IP, the day Ms. Pac-Man was created by Williams Namco should have imposed heavy clauses to make sure the character couldn't possibly be owned by anyone but Namco.
