Maybe because it's stressful. You usually have a big ultimate and it's like really bad if you use it poorly. Plus, if you get destroyed as Off, then the enemy safe is like free farm. It's really easy to blame Off, and it's probably justified most of the time.
Something pros do that regular people don't, is they recognise when a lane is lost, and then they'll try to make it back in the jungle. That's because Supports will stack camps for them. It's much harder to be Off Lane in a pub.

Your team is naturally more keen to get pissed off at you for regardless of whether their concerns are valid (especially in lower elo where I'm at) but it's the role that keeps the game pleasant to play for me. Mostly because I never feel like a game is truly lost if I'm the one 'in control'... Or it's lost so horribly that it truly doesn't matter what I do or did.
There's also the simple animal brain satisfaction from efficient farming. I can just look at my CSM to know I'm doing good/bad and seeing creeps die to cleave or listening to the ting ting of anti mage attacks feels good.

I only play pos 4 and 5, last patch i was mostly using Grimstroke, Ringmaster, Mirana, Kotl, Dark Seer and Oracle

actually what i have been doing in low mmr is picking traditionally tanky or lane-winning cores (for a time i did pos 1 bristleback, guy just does not lose lane) and it is still very team-reliant but winning your lane can be important when the enemy's safelaner can lose theirs.

we're gonna have a variety of deep playstyles possible from unique heroes that contribute in completely unique ways for a more interesting game experience

Better to add a ranged carry to learn good positioning, I recommend Drow, she's the tutorial hero as well
Because making heroes too different makes the game harder to balance, facets on paper already made heroes a lot more complex, in reality most heroes have one specific facet that is a must pick 95% of the times

Bristleback with the Goo talent was so fucking broken pre-patch. Idk if still but I felt like a god when playing him last patch. Literally unkillable and if you tried, the whole team would get massively debuffed with goo so they would be giga slowed + Slardar amp'd. It was OP as fuck. Even when first picking it and getting countered I couldn't stop winning.

I just play on anonymous mode, it's great not seeing pings or listening to idle talk, you get 12k conduct if you don't interact with anybody.
They added new options to mute only certain things, like muting pings but not voices or viceversa.
