Maybe at some point, idk, but my most recent playthrough I just showed up in her command center or whatever, killed everyone except her, freed Halsin, and left, and then she's just there in Act II and is willing to join you because might makes right or whatever.
It doesn't conflict with anything other than she is where Halsin would be and Halsin is just off somewhere else in the camp, and those two specifically don't ever talk to each other from what I've read (but I've never used him anyway).
