The community is very split but it definitely isn't "dead." Compared to AFPS games which suffer from a split community but 1/100th the overall playerbase and 1/1000th the games.

Dogshit gameplay including bad animations and dumb cameo mechanic, woke ugly character models, no fucking crypt, no proper tower mode and the story was mediocre at best but was probably the best thing out of the game, which is saying something.
