At certain areas there are these insane invincible, super-aggro enemies with 100% accuracy. Originally I thought it was a bug, but it seems to be actual road-blocks / alternative invisible walls.
There's also another 'invisible wall' I didn't record where there are invincible 100% accurate insta-kill snipers who shoot you through walls, at one location.

try getting into cover and not standing still like a retard.

It doesn't matter since the enemy in my vid is invincible, so you either run away or get killed. It's one of my many attempts to kill that guy, even a dozen headshots doesn't kill him (every other enemy including late-game exos dies in 1 headshot from that gun).
If u mean the snipers I didn't record it but I ran into a building with no windows and got insta-kill headshotted through a wall with 90% physical resistance armor and helmet

It took me 3 hours now to diagnose and to try out to get stable fps. I diagnosed and slightly overclocked my pc. It is healthy enough. I then got the mods that reduce tear and wear by 50% and a few others. But I havent got the chance to play it yet. It has these weird moments where its at 100 fps (I am on medium with a 4060). And then just drops down to like 5 for no real reason that I could discern. Again, I diagnosed. Couldnt find stuff.

Been working on my car this whole time too to diagnose that bitch too. Fucker got a new battery in winter but now randomly decides not to start. I fucking hate technology sometimes. Bullshit like this takes days to just home in into. Let alone fixing the issue.

That's actually a really interesting idea, whether it's true in this case or not. It would require some finesse to make the system both work as intended while also to not frustrate the player needlessly, but something like "snipers kill anyone who crosses out of bounds" would be a cool replacement for arbitrary invisible walls.

I am 36 years old, I played the original stalker too. It was a huge mess like this one is too. So let me tell you with these games. You mod them up until they get patches. There were huge issues with stalker 1 too lmao. These issues however are a bit larger with performance especially, looking at the mods that are out there lots of things are not automated to account for your system. Very bad. But again. If original stalker had like 9/10 levels of slavjank (its bad), then this has like 9.3/10 levels of slavjank.

Mods did make it better and it became one of the most popular games out there, with a huge community. Tho with this one on unreal 5 I kinda think it has less potential. We shall see.

So yea, look at the performance and gameplay mods. They are already out there.

One more thing is that after beating the boss you get a dialog choice and if you answer wrong you get instantly killed and have to redo the entire fight. You cannot save during fights and the boss defeat cutscene leads directly to the dialog choice.

so anyone know why there are these random slowdowns to 10 fps? One moment you are getting 60 fps, and with almost the same scene, just like 3 steps walking and it drops to 10 or even 5 fps. Doesnt matter if its on all low, if its on 1080p, with an upper low build with a 4060. Again, the first part of the game I mostly was at 70fps, and then just drops.

The thing is, the snipers are in an area you have to enter for one of the main quests, there are multiple open checkpoints you can fight your way through but if you do, you just instantly die to the insta-kill wall snipers. The fun part is that you can actually down (not kill) the snipers in the towers and this still happens.
Even better, the game doesn't tell you which entrance you should use to get into the area. I spent around an hour yesterday just running around the place trying all of the checkpoints for these insta-kill walls

In this vid The guy who kills me spawns all around the perimeter of this area that becomes aggressive after a mission. So you typically have a squad of 3 spawn, and 2 of them are normal (just pop them down with a headshot), and then the final one is this fucking insane aimbot super-soldier who can't die. It's so bizarre I dunno wtf they were thinking when they added this.
