This is what's going to finally sell the steam deck to me. Need to replace my stinkpad (it's not my primary workstation but it's still showing its age.)
Keep in mind you still have to get a docking station of some sort, and that the base model is probably not going to have ideal storage capacity.
Why does Valve need to shill here still? Shouldn't they have reached market saturation with all the brown ESLs inhabiting this board?

OLED is worth it just for the far lower fan noise.
I wanted an OLED buttttt in the end I grabbed an LCD cause I'm scared Valve is gonna announce the Deck 2 any day even though it shouldn't be out for 2 years
The later LCD models don't have the same fan issue as older ones.
