go to your documents my games oblivion remastered, find engine.ini and change both instances of:
r.Lumen.DiffuseIndirect.Allow=1
into
r.Lumen.DiffuseIndirect.Allow=0
and make it read only

this completely disables Lumen RT instead of just Hardware vs. Software and really increases performance (and makes the lighting less orange and more green)

It's not the lack of people imo. It's the lack of grunge and debris. The stone is so clean and bare it looks like it was put in yesterday. The only evidence of it being lived in is a small bit of grass and dead leaves on the sidewalk corner.

Optimized Tweaks OBLR(uses more of my vram) + Ultimate Engine Tweaks(placebo I think) + 60fps Nvidia Frame Cap at 1080p DLAA fixed the performance mostly for me, I sometimes get drops to 48 in the open world though.
