I should clarify here. When i said he shouldn't have said a word again before trial i mean he should have stopped with the Billy videos entirely, if you don't think that could potentially affect a judgement in court then you're wrong.

I already picked up on him being pretty up his own ass, mostly in that in some of his cheater exposes it sounded like he wanted to dictate how a cheater should be handled, as though he's a moderator for whatever niche group his reporting involved. Then, during this Mitchell crusade I could tell that making videos continuously about him wasn't a good idea (I only watched a couple, since they seemed to repeat the same topics), but I never kept track of the actual court room filings so I didn't know the exact details.
You can imagine my amusement about all the dirt people dug up on him as soon as the judge passed his ruling, making it turn out the guy's been quite the case the whole time. He's still so amusingly in denial, that his appeal process is just going to put him even more in the red.

Even the Judge called him out on being a wannabe martyr:
