IMG_5748.jpg - 1170x1827, 1.27M

Do you think she has ever fucked wolves or other types of animals? being a druid and all

Maybe in bear form. We know they like that.

Aerie has not one but like three fucking kids with you

Viconia has one (and then she fucking dies)

Jaheire doesn't have any and even spends years apart from you

Why did they do it?

Anon, I can't fly

ok, sorry

No, you dont get it. I can't fly. I'm so le sad I lost my wings, please understand

thats horrible, Aerie, now please shut the fu-

OH GOD ANON WITHOUT WINGS I FEEL SO SUICIDAL HOW CAN WINGLESS SUBHUMANS EVEN GO ON LIVING THIS IS TORTURE

Bitch ;lives in a fantasy world where you can teleport and ascend to godhood yet wings are the issue

They never should have set the games in such a high magic setting. Most of the 'tragedies' they use evoke emotion wouldn't actually be issues in FR. Khalid and Dynaheir could be resurrected, Aerie's wings could be regenerated. The writers obviously couldn't think of anything that would work without being incredibly convoluted to make it impossible to overcome with the magic everyone has at their fingertips.
Also, Aerie won btw

Khalid and Dynaheir could be resurrected

No, they couldn't. In FR lore, in order for the resurrection spell to work, you need the following:

A willing cleric capable of casting level 5th spells. There a handful of those in Amn.

THE BODY, so Dynaheir is automatically disqualified.

The body CAN'T BE MUTILATED, so this disqualifies Khalid.

The body can't have been dead past a very short windows, which disqualifies both.

You need a flawless diamond.

The priest casting the spell loses 1 Constitution PERMANENTLY.

The soul might refuse being raised. Especially if it's already in its god's paradise.

The process was simplified in-game for player convenience, but Jaheira outright says that Khalid can't be raised due to the state of his corpse.

Viconia is my wife

Good aligned parties in BG2 are truly miserable.
Uninformed people whine that BG2 punishes you for evil without acknowledging the massive benefit of getting a party of min maxxed asskickers instead of a crew of neurotic faggots and whining women.

YOU'RE A FUCKING PATHETIC BETA MALE WHO SUCKS AT SEX

No I think you're lying, bitch why are you like this?

I... LAID DEFEATED... YOU WIN CHARNAME COME HERE AND CLAIM YOUR PRIZE

Why is she like this

What's the point of min-maxing when two Druid spells (Insect Plague and Creeping Doom) win 99% of the fights by themselves?

Nah, khalid was way too fucked up to res.
Being a druid Jaheira had a form of resurrection at the start and says explicitly he's too far gone.

If you can conjure with magic you can just fix the body, it's a non-issue, the only valid answer would be this simple question, if heaven exists, why would anyone ever go back to a life of suffering instead of neeting in paradise?

People are playing with swordcoast stratagems which nerfs both heavily.

I don't know what version of D&D you're going by, but the descriptions for 2nd Edition AD&D which BG2 went buy clearly states that a body could be resurrected from a simple scrap of flesh, and the cauterizing of Aerie's wounds would not prevent them from being regenerated. Both spells were 7th level clerical/divine spells as well, requiring a high level priest, but in FR there are plenty of those.

If you can conjure with magic you can just fix the body

No, you can't, and you have an extremely powerful and extremely autistic goddess making sure this is the case.

Reminder that magic in the setting is artificially hindered by her. There used to be 11 level of spells, but she cut them down to 9 in order to avoid another Karsus.

Most players don't use those spells because they're boring and druids are gay. Also it's fun to do more damage. ALSO many players play with SCS.

Loves the Big Bhaal Cock and wants more but it's not in a female drow's experience to praise a male.

You have an option to make Charname say he feels she's just giving up and she makes some excuse about not wanting to burden a high powered priest with it.

Embrace your sisterwife.

>Anon, I can't fly

She says she can fly with magic but refuses to

Sure, it is a good spell, but it is not high level wizard spell powerful. You are exaggerating. It is also the same spell level as ironskins, and Jaheira has bad wisdom for extra slots.

Noble pedigree with money

Of course. Women always choose money and prestige.

I wish minsc died instead of dynaheir.

it's not high level wizard spell powerful

How is perpetually cucking casters not considered high level wizard tier?
That's essentially a one directional group silence.

Yeah timestop's cool and all but there's a reason why every balance mod nukes that shit.

On my last playthrough, I was particularly annoyed by party members leaving constantly because of their stupid storylines. Keldorn and Jaheira left at the same time, followed by Jan and Nalia.
I've gotten to the point I will NEVER use any of the good NPCs again. Next time I play a good character, I'm converting a multiplayer game to single player and playing with a custom party. 1's companions are so much better. All they bring with them are their funny custom sound packs. No unbearable melodrama.

I don't run balance mods. I play with two self imposed rules: ironman and only 1 rest (before the final room of a dungeon) outside of inns.

For me, it's taking Jaheira down to the docks immediately after exiting Irenicus' dungeon, letting her get cursed and then booting her from the party.

You don't hate Minsc. You hate that Reddit adopted Minsc and ran his character into the ground.

I haven't done a BG playthrough without at least 3 custom characters in like 15 years. Thinking up storylines and finding portraits for my custom parties is like half the fun of the game for me at this point. Even better now that I can use local AI to gen fully custom portraits.

I wish Jaheria died and Khalid lived

I've hated minsc since the first time he raged and TPKed me.

Despite playing it many, many times, I never knew you could convert your game. Playing in actual multiplayer introduces a nasty pause delay.

Playing BG1 for the first time. The disconnect between Khalid's portrait where he looks like a crazed warrior and his voice threw me.

It looks like he's gritting his teeth in combat to me. Not crazed

This portrait always fucked with me because my mind always mends the visual of the shield's shadow on his chin as a beard

I think I need to wrap up the game I started and then put on hold last year with the intention of having a TOB save to practice ironman with. I've played a 1 through 2 ironman marathon but never really liked TOB enough to bother learning it. I'm in the underdark currently, so quite close to the end.
It is kind of wild how SoA basically feels like an oldschool RPG but ToB feels like KOTOR era Bioware. Really the moment it happened.

He's an elf with a mild speech impediment.
I think he's perfect.
