Not sure who that is but I've looked at my own content and compared it against the extension installed on an alt account and the margin of error is pretty small. For example, on my most disliked video (about 380 dislikes) the extension was only off by about 12 dislikes (about a 3% margin of error), and the extension was under-estimating the amount of dislikes.
I'm sure the margin of error increases the larger the amount of ratings, but for the most part it seems pretty accurate.
